Eduardo Montuori is a senior industrial executive with over 35 years of experience leading complex operations, manufacturing transformations, and strategic transactions across Europe's most demanding FMCG and consumer goods environments.

His career encompasses the full spectrum of industrial leadership — from directing large-scale external manufacturing networks as a European Director at Unilever, to serving as General Manager at Menz & Gasser Italia, where he held direct operational accountability across engineering, manufacturing, and commercial functions. This breadth of line responsibility, at the highest organisational levels, distinguishes his counsel from conventional consulting.

Eduardo holds a Diploma in Corporate Governance from The Corporate Governance Institute, complementing his operational expertise with rigorous board-level perspective on governance, risk, and stakeholder accountability.

He founded EM Industrial Consulting to bring this depth of executive experience to organisations navigating critical transitions — whether operational improvement, M&A, or the pursuit of new commercial growth — on a flexible, outcome-focused basis.
